  1. The registration procedure is completely online.
  2. Goto our Website for Registration
  3. Click on the Registration Button side of the menu bar.
  4. Upload the documents, you need a color copy of your photo.
  5. A copy of your matric/O-level result card.
  6. A Copy of the  Fsc/A-level result card.
  7. Upload the above-mentioned documents.
  8. Re-check your document
  9. Fill online registration form carefully.
  10. Re-Read all the information provided by you.
  11. Now Click on the submit button.
  12. A Unique Serial Number will be given by the system.
  13. Note this serial number for future use.
  14. The computer will generate a bank challan.
  15. Print out the challan.
  16. Submit this challan fee of 6000 to any of the banks.
  17. Your roll number will be sent to you via e-mail within 72 hours
  18. Print out your admittance card.
  19. You have done.

The AFNS 2024 Registration is also open.

What is the Schedule of MDCAT Registration?

  • The candidates can register online for MDCAT from 25th May 2024. The registration will be closed after 04:00 pm on 10th June.
  • For Submission of the application form and fee for MDCAT, the collection services shall be available at the counters of the All banks branches all over Pakistan from 25th May. (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Gazetted Holidays), 09:00 am to 05:00 pm.

Due to Internet accessibility issues across the Country, Opening of the MDCAT Registrations has been delayed. PMDC will intimate as soon as Internet issues resolve. Inconvenience is regretted.

Document For MDCAT Registration Form

Prospective candidates are advised to prepare the following documents well in advance to avoid any inconvenience at the time of submitting the MDCAT Form Online.

  • Domicile Certificate.
  • Computerized National Identity Card or Computer. B-Form issued by NADRA or Passport
  • Certificate./result card of SSC (Matriculation) or equivalent:
  • Result card of ((SSC Part I or Part II or equivalent
  • Latest color photograph in soft form (not more than 1 MB file)

    1. for uhs mdcat registration you need no bank account. first, do online registration than get print of fee recipient goto to the bank of Punjab branch and pay a fee.

      1. I am having trouble pasting photograph on the form. I have tried to paste 1.89 KB photograph and then 1.59 MB. In both cases once I submit the form, in the preview, the chosen file disappears. Kindly help.

  29. Deposited MDCAT fee in MCB, the bank provided the depositor with (student copy + institution copy).
    Please guide, should depositor keep both copies with him or need to send institution copy to MDCAT.
